About the Role :
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Accountant , someone who thrives in managing a complex property project and wants to make a tangible impact. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll oversee a national project, property, and fund accounting, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and providing financial insights to senior leadership. This is a rare chance to contribute to a landmark Build-to-Rent (BTR) asset, while gaining strategic visibility and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage monthly P&L reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for large-scale property development projects.Prepare and review journals, reconciliations, and GST submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.Partner with internal stakeholders and external fund administrators to maintain strong financial oversight.Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor project CapEx.Provide timely financial insights and reporting to senior leaders and project teams.Drive process improvements across systems and controls for the Build-to-Rent project.About You :
Degree-qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA / CPA qualified or working towards).Experience in Project Accounting, Property Accounting, or Portfolio Accounting .Build-to-Rent experience highly regarded but not essential.Proficient in Xero and property management systems.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset.Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.How to Apply :
