Beauty Advisor Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Beauty Advisor (BA) Supervisor to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is pivotal in supporting and leading our expanding BA team across various locations. Job Responsibilities :

• Source, interview, and hire Beauty Advisors to meet the growing team requirements.
• Conduct regular onboarding sessions and continuous training for BAs to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Provide regular updates on new products and promotions to BAs.
• Assist BAs in achieving sales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic support.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment.
• Address and resolve queries from BAs promptly and effectively.
• Maintain daily sales reports and oversee monthly stock and sales closing procedures.
• Act as a liaison between BAs and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Take ownership of tertiary sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
