We are now looking for a Senior Associate – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Jaipur team and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and driving people-centric initiatives.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Onboarding & Induction : Deliver seamless joining & cultural integration experiences.
• Employee Engagement : Drive engagement activities, recognition programs & connect sessions.
• Performance Management : Support managers in reviews, feedback & improvement plans.
• Learning & Development : Identify training needs & coordinate L&D initiatives.
• Employee Relations : Act as the first point of contact for employee queries & grievances.
• Policy & Compliance : Implement HR policies & ensure statutory compliance.
• HR Operations : Manage employee records, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• HR Analytics : Maintain dashboards, track attrition & retention, and provide insights.
