Position Overview :
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources functions in Jaipur, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a positive and productive work culture. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices across recruitment, talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement & Retention :
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture.
- Implement recognition programs and performance incentives.
- Performance Management :
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- HR Policies & Compliance :
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Act as a liaison for audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
- Learning & Development :
- Identify skill gaps and create learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops.

- Strategic HR Leadership :
- Contribute to organizational strategy by providing HR insights and workforce planning.
- Lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications :
MBA / PG in Human Resources or equivalent.Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions.Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.Key Competencies :
