Responsibilities

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed for efficient kitchen operation.

Skills and Qualifications
5-11 years of experience in Chinese cuisine preparation.Proficient in various cooking techniques used in Chinese cooking such as stir-frying, steaming, and braising.Strong understanding of ingredients and their uses in Chinese cooking, including sauces, spices, and seasonings.Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.Excellent knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety practices.Skills Required
