Manager - SAP-Business Consulting

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Lead, specializing in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) track. This role is crucial to our global SAP S / 4 transformation, focusing on designing and guiding OTC processes across various regions. The successful candidate will collaborate with SMEs, ensure process alignment, and deliver key documentation, partnering with other leads for a cohesive transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTC process design and harmonization, ensuring regional consistency.
• Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts for requirement definition and fit-gap analysis.
• Align OTC design with the overall S / 4 supply chain and finance integration strategy.
• Produce process documentation, including flow diagrams, SOPs, and readiness materials.
• Collaborate with P2P and Logistics leads to maintain seamless process handoffs.
• Support testing, cutover, and post-implementation support activities (hypercare).
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout the transformation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in OTC processes and ERP transformations.
