DFM / Project Engineer

Our India-focused division, India 2 West , is expanding its on-the-ground capabilities and looking for a driven individual to join our team.

The position

We are currently seeking an experienced DFM / Project Engineer to join our Pune team. This is a full-time (40 hours / week), onsite position for candidates with a proven background in DFM, SolidWorks, and manufacturing.

• This is an in-person role based in Pune, India.
• No remote, no hybrid, no students. We don't have work from home policies.
• Only experienced professionals will be considered.
• This is an urgent hire. We are prioritizing candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days or less.
• Candidates with 60+ day notice periods will not be considered, please don't waste our time.

Position Summary

You will be responsible for managing the transition of products from design to mass production, ensuring designs are optimized for manufacturability across a wide variety of processes including injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, die casting, and assembly.

You will work closely with our industrial design and engineering teams across India, China, and Southeast Asia, and occasionally support communication with international clients and vendors.
