design systems, build people, and scale culture

from zero to one.

What You’ll Do

Talent & On boarding

Lead hiring campaigns that attract

owners, not employees.

Design on boarding experiences that feel like

joining a mission, not filling forms.

Culture & Engagement

Keep the startup spirit alive through recognition, rituals, and open communication.

Create hybrid work practices and engagement activities that energize people.

Performance & Growth

Build KPIs and review systems that actually help people grow.

Coach managers to lead with empathy and accountability

Compliance & Systems

Handle payroll, contracts, and labor compliance.

Use

AI and digital tools

to keep HR lean, scalable, and data-driven.

What You Bring

Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.

1–5 years’ HR experience (startup or fast-growth preferred).

Proven ability to

build systems , not just run them.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
