The Senior Manager – Corporate Strategy will play a key role in supporting Naxnova’s long-term growth agenda through strategic planning, financial analysis and project execution. The role requires strong analytical and financial capabilities to evaluate business performance, build projections, assess new opportunities and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Primary responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Financial Analysis
Lead the preparation of annual and long-term business and financial plans for group companies.Develop robust financial models, business cases and projections to support decision-making for new initiatives, investments and expansion opportunities.Perform scenario analysis and evaluate the financial impact of strategic alternatives.Support capital allocation decisions through detailed financial and operational analysis.Monitor business performance against plans and provide insights to management for corrective actions.Corporate Strategy & Business Initiatives
Contribute to the formulation and execution of the Group’s strategic roadmap, including both organic and inorganic growth initiatives.Conduct market, industry and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.Collaborate with business heads to translate strategic objectives into actionable projects and track progress against milestones.Support evaluation of strategic partnerships, investments or M&A opportunities through financial and business analysis.Fundraising Support & Financial Coordination
Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, business summaries and financial presentations for discussions with banks, investors and financial institutions.Support capital-raising processes by coordinating internal and external information requirements, financial data and analysis.Work closely with finance and external advisors on funding-related documentation and assessments as required.Project Management & Execution
Drive the execution of key strategic and transformation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accountability, issue resolution and progress reporting.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership on project outcomes and learnings.Leadership Support & Reporting
Prepare high-quality management reports, dashboards and presentations summarizing financial and strategic insights.Partner with senior leadership to support board-level reviews and strategic discussions.Manage engagement with external stakeholders such as consultants, investment bankers and advisors as required.Key Result Areas (KRAs)
