Product Manager to bring change in insurance and healthcare?

Role : InsurTech Product Manager

Location : New Delhi

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Were looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Manager who wants to build products that transform the insurance ecosystem. In this role, you will own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of key product initiatives across our platform. Youll work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to bring high-impact, scalable solutions to life shaping the future of insurance technology.

The Product Manager would be expected to :

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap aligned with business and partner goals
• Translate business vision into product requirements and technical specifications.
• Set clear success metrics and ensure the team is delivering outcomes, not just features.
• Conduct user research with clients, partners, and internal teams to identify real problems.

Product Delivery

Technical Understanding

Partner with the engineering team to design scalable API-based insurance solutions.

Understand system architecture, integration frameworks, and tech stack used in insurance workflows (claims, underwriting, 5 to 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in the insurance or InsurTech domain.
