We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Manager to join our client's team and help lead the delivery of major global energy exhibitions and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational planning for conferences and exhibitions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Production)
- Deliver operational excellence — on time, within budget and with strong ROI
- Lead technical operations : HSE, security, signage, feature areas, logistics
- Conduct site visits, vendor negotiations, and full tender processes
- Maintain strong communication with suppliers, venues, and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support the wider operations team as required
