We are looking for a dynamic
Operations Professional
to join our
Exhibitions Team , someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes complete ownership of event delivery — from
concept to completion .
About the Role
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — Operations, Exhibitions, Marketing, Sales, and external vendors — to ensure smooth project execution and operational excellence across multiple events. This includes planning, budgeting, vendor management, on-site coordination, logistics, and post-event analysis.
What You’ll Do
Lead operational planning and execution for exhibitions and conferences.
Manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and health & safety compliance.
Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders for seamless delivery.
Drive creative exhibition features and cost-effective event solutions.
Ensure on-time, high-quality execution with measurable ROI.
Who We’re Looking For
Professionals with
5+ years of experience
in
exhibition or event operations .
Proven track record in managing
large-scale exhibitions and temporary structures .
Strong commercial, negotiation, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices; IOSH certification preferred.
Familiarity with tools like
Excel, Smartsheet, Monday.com , and
AutoCAD / CorelDRAW
is a plus.
Ideal Background : Candidates from the
Exhibition and Event Industry
currently handling
operations, logistics, or project management roles .
