Job Title- Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Location : Noida

Job Type : Full-time

Salary - 25k-70k per month

Past experience of Tele Sales is a must. Experience of working with American Express or other premium companies will be preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive

Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic real estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
cold calling, lead generation, and converting inquiries into qualified site visits and sales

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

cold calls

to prospective buyers and generate interest in residential / commercial real estate projects.

Identify, qualify, and nurture

leads

through effective communication and follow-ups.

Convert potential inquiries into

site visits

and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.

Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and payment plans to clients.

Achieve

weekly and monthly targets

for calls, qualified leads, and conversions.

Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion ratios.

Handle customer queries professionally and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements :

0–3 years of experience in

Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales , preferably in

Real Estate .

Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with project offerings.

Goal-oriented and comfortable working under target-driven environments.

Proficient in using

MS Office, CRM tools, and call tracking systems

Freshers with strong communication and interest in real estate are welcome to apply.
