Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCL Commerce applications.
- Perform log analysis, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and track incidents through ServiceNow / Jira or equivalent tools.
- Document issues, solutions, and preventive measures to improve support processes.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of client-reported problems.
Required Skills & Experience :
5 - 8 years of experience in HCL Commerce support or similar environments.Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, and web technologies.Experience in application log analysis and debugging.Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing tools.Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a work-from-office (WFO) environment across multiple locations.(ref : hirist.tech)
