Analyst - Debt Syndication [Urgent]

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated professional with up to 3 years of experience in debt capital markets, corporate finance or related areas. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of debt products, financial analysis and an eagerness to build expertise in raising debt capital for corporates through NBFCs, banks, housing finance institutions and other institutional sources.

This role offers hands-on exposure to origination, structuring, investor engagement and execution of both plain vanilla and structured debt transactions under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the origination and execution of debt capital market (DCM) transactions for corporates.
• Support fundraising efforts through NBFCs, banks, housing finance institutions, family offices, and other investors.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of debt deals including structuring, credit assessment and documentation.
• Build and maintain working relationships with investors and corporate clients.
• Conduct financial analysis, prepare projections, and assist in creating IMs, project reports, and CMA data.
• Support due diligence and risk assessment processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and investors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
