Co Founder (Technology)

We are seeking a Co-Founder & CTO who will lead the technology vision, architecture, and execution of Manthaan and its vertical applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building sovereign AI systems, scaling products from MVP to enterprise deployments, and shaping one of India's most ambitious deeptech companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technical roadmap for Manthaan and vertical products (GoJuris, Anaant).
• Lead R&D in GenAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multimodal AI, and OS architecture.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized systems, including GPU-optimized deployments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team (AI / ML, full stack, DevOps).
• Ensure compliance, explainability, and performance of deployed models in real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with the CEO on product-market fit, partnerships, and fundraising.
• Represent Aasvaa in technical discussions with investors, customers, and ecosystem partners.
• File patents and build defensible IP for Manthaan and its applications.
