Job Overview We are seeking an Executive Billing for Customs Clearance to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. This role involves managing and executing billing processes related to customs clearance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customs regulations and be well-versed in trade management software and electronic data interchange systems.

• Qualifications and Skills Strong knowledge of HS Code Classification to ensure accurate product categorization for custom record purposes.
• Experience in handling Import / Export Documentation with attention to detail to avoid delays and erroneous entries.
• Expertise in Customs Regulations Compliance to maintain adherence to legal and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Tariff Calculation to determine the logistics costs accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for seamless and swift communication in trade processes.
• Hands-on experience with Trade Management Software to streamline customs clearance operations.
• Capacity to perform efficient Invoice Processing with precision and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Global Trade Services for managing global trade activities effectively.
• Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and execute billing processes for customs clearance, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline import / export documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and industry customs regulations, minimizing risk of penalties or delays.
• Perform HS Code Classification and tariff calculations to ensure accurate invoicing and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize electronic data interchange systems to enhance communication and efficiency in customs transactions.
• Operate trade management software and SAP Global Trade Services for efficient trade operation management.
• Address and resolve billing discrepancies and data accuracy issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on billing operations to management for continuous improvement.
