Job Summary

Job Location - Bangalore

The Senior Manager will lead strategic AI / ML initiatives across the organization, ensuring successful integration of advanced analytics and automation into business processes. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in AI / ML, and hands-on experience with Alteryx for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI / ML strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
• Oversee end-to-end AI / ML project lifecycle : planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Supervise model development, validation, and deployment.
• Monitor data quality and ensure iterative improvements for AI models.
• Conduct AI risk assessments and maintain governance standards.
• Implement preventive and corrective measures for evolving AI regulations.
• Communicate project progress and insights to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of AI / ML solutions across business units.
