Description :

• Perform end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Specialize in Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Benefits modules.
• Write eligibility FastFormulas to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and create BI reports for HR analytics and reporting purposes.
• Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in the Oracle HCM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and system performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
