At Verdantas , you will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through the design and development of interactive dashboards, reports, and data models. Leveraging the power of Microsoft Fabric, you will deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive business intelligence solutions that support enterprise strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Perform data engineering tasks to integrate, transform, and prepare data for analysis.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.

Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and scalability.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI assets.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Stay current with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric advancements.

Core Competencies :

Technology : Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and SQL Server.

Data Visualization : Ability to create clear, interactive dashboards and reports.

Performance Optimization : Ability to tune data models and queries for speed and scalability.

Problem Solving : Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Collaboration : Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Security & Governance : Understanding of row-level security, workspace roles, and data compliance.

Required Qualifications :

BE / B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field.

5-8 years of experience in related domain.
