Job Description

As an application support engineer, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems of leading Australian Bank.

Roles & Responsibilities : -

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation / contribution in team discussions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Collaborate with cross-technical teams to enhance system performance.

Document processes and procedures for future reference.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.

Experience with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.

Strong understanding of system architecture and database management.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
