About the Role : As an Assistant Manager – Channel Sales, You are responsible for acquiring and managing clients through channel partners like IFAs, wealth managers, and distributors. You shall promote PMS and AIF products, provide investment solutions based on client needs, and support business growth through strong relationship management and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Zonal / Regional Heads in identifying and acquiring new clients.
• Drive business development through financial intermediaries such as advisors, wealth managers, bankers, family offices, and national distributors.
• Nurture and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Explain product offerings and provide timely and accurate information to clients.
• Present macroeconomic updates, both domestic and global, to clients and channel partners.
• Generate incremental AUM via new client acquisition, referrals, and self-sourcing.
• Promote and cross-sell a range of PMS and AIF products from the client's basket.
• Proactively recommend strategies and build tailored investment portfolios for clients.
• Periodically review client portfolios to ensure alignment with evolving goals.
• Understand stock selection frameworks and articulate the investment philosophy to clients.
• Analyze client requirements and offer appropriate investment strategies.
• Keep abreast of market trends and sectoral developments to offer insightful perspectives.
• Deliver exceptional client service and ensure seamless execution.
• Share regular market updates, insights, and trends to enhance the client experience.
