Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern whose role is primarily Project Management & Client Success . This is a full-time, on-site position in Greater Kolkata.

You will not be directly executing campaigns, but will play a crucial role as the face of the agency —ensuring smooth client communication, successful delivery of projects, and driving client satisfaction that results in long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client communication and coordination.
• Monitor daily / weekly meetings, internal trackers, reports, and project updates.
• Ensure tasks are followed up with internal teams (Performance Marketing, Social Media, SMM).
• Support in creating and sharing PPTs with new leads on a daily basis.
• Assist in performance marketing, social media, and campaign monitoring tasks (not direct execution).
• Ensure projects are on track and contribute towards overall client success and growth.
