Work Location :

Month 1 : Thane, Mumbai

From Month 2 onwards : Kalyan, Mumbai

About the Role :

We're hiring a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & CRM Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who's confident on calls, enjoys converting leads into customers, and knows how to maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and communication.

You'll play a key role in managing the entire client journey — from first contact to long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development

  • Call and follow up with potential leads to explain services and close deals.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from inquiry to conversion.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and conversions.
  • Support the marketing team by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Client Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Handle regular follow-ups, reminders, and client communication.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Track client satisfaction and retention metrics.

    • Skills & Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (phone & email).
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling ability.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Telecalling, or CRM roles. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

    Location : Thane (Month 1), Kalyan (From Month 2 onwards)
