Role :

The QA / QC Civil Enginee r will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works in residential projects (Mivan and conventional buildings) are executed in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, codes, and established quality standards. The role requires continuous monitoring, inspection, and documentation of construction activities to maintain superior quality and safety across project sites.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Mivan shuttering systems and conventional construction techniques.
• Excellent understanding of QA / QC procedures, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in preparing ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and quality reports.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve site quality issues.
