Job description6+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on performance, automation, and system validation Proven track record in leading complex test initiatives and working with cross-functional stakeholders Strong hands-on experience with SQL and proficiency in Java or Python (must be able to code) Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database performance Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks Expertise in CI / CD pipelines (eg, Jenkins), version control (Git), and scripting (PowerShell or Shell) Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and backend data validation Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their scalability / capacity management Excellent analytical skills and a strong problem-solving mindset
What you'll Do
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be a key member of the client-facing testing team , contributing to :
- Leading performance and functional validation efforts for scalable enterprise applications
- Driving and implementing test strategies for functional and non-functional testing
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members on automation, test planning, and execution
- Collaborating with architects and product owners to gather requirements and define comprehensive test plans
- Identifying and addressing system bottlenecks and performance issues
- Developing new frameworks, tools, and strategies to improve automation and performance testing efficiency
- Contributing to system scalability, reliability, and capacity initiatives
