Customer Engagement & Sales :
- Meet potential customers at the studio and understand their requirements.
- Present design concepts, materials, and quotations to clients confidently.
- Build strong relationships and guide clients from enquiry to onboarding.
- Achieve monthly team level sales targets through effective negotiation and closing.
- Must be a driven extrovert individual with sales and customer facing roles.
Design Oversight :
Collaborate with the team to ensure proposals meet client expectations and brand standards.Review designs, mood boards, and 3D renders before client presentations.Ensure accurate Design Information Packs (DIP) are prepared for execution.Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor a team of designers and project coordinators.Monitor individual and team performance to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.Conduct regular training and feedback sessions for team development.Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.Operations & Coordination :
Oversee project progress from design to handover to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.Coordinate with vendors and contractors to resolve on-site challenges.Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site)Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing.Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales, and project updates in CRM tools.Key Requirements
Experience : 6 to 8 years in interior design sales, design consultancy, or studio management.Education : Degree / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or Business Management.Strong knowledge of residential interior design processes and materials.Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred).Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.Proficiency in CRM / project management software (Zoho experience is a plus).Compensation & Benefits
