Operation Engineer

Roles And Responsibilities :

• It is an on-field job
• The candidate is responsible for Installations and maintenance of instruments and systems at client locations
• Should be capable of Delivering basic operational training at installation
• Provide effective product related support
• Ensures Preventive Maintenance planning is performed at regular intervals
• Provide timely support for difficult / major product issues to avoid downtime
• Capable of timely reporting of all maintenance activities
• Must maintain excellent customer relationships, specifically with his / her account POCs
• Must adhere to field service policies, procedures and standards
• Must maintain recommended spare parts for the product range
• Must ensure appropriate spare parts stock

Skills And Qualifications :

• Diploma or Graduation- Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (Any subjects with electrical and electronics in the curriculum)
• 1+ Years on any type of service and maintenance experience3
• Should be able to logically resolve or troubleshoot in times of crisis and leverage expert help if required4
• Self-Managed, Multitasking is a plus point5
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills6
• Profound Understanding of the EV and related Services ecosystem having would be a plus point7
• Strong Communication skills, organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
