Key Responsibilities and Duties :

• Qualify potential customers and understand their requirements to match them with appropriate solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage with prospects.
• Address customer queries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales pipeline in CRM software
