Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, managing sales inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing accounts, and converting prospects into clients. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Experience with Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Skills in Account Management and relationship building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the skill development or education sector is a plus
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Freshers or Candidates with 0–1 Year of Experience can apply
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving monthly and quarterly goals
