Procurement Executive

Issue and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and purchase orders in compliance with procurement policies. Support in evaluating supplier proposals based on technical specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and compliance with industry and safety regulations. Monitor vendor performance and delivery timelines to ensure alignment with project schedules and operational demands. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier databases using ERP systems. Assist with regulatory compliance and documentation required for audits and inspections (e.g., environmental, energy regulation, ISO standards). Contribute to cost-saving initiatives, contract optimization, and procurement process improvements. Ensure materials and services are procured in line with sustainability and corporate responsibility standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with industry-specific procurement practices (e.g., EPC contracts, long-lead items, CAPEX and OPEX budgeting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
