Key Responsibilities :
- Tender Management : Preparation of tender documents, review of tender conditions, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Vendor Coordination : Arrange site visits, manage quotation submissions, and develop new vendors.
- Bid Evaluation : Conduct comparative analysis of quotations and bid evaluations.
- Negotiation & Decision-Making : Handle commercial negotiations and strategic procurement decisions.
- ERP Operations : Prepare purchase orders and execute agreements using standard templates in SAP ERP .
- Reporting : Prepare and maintain procurement and project reports.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and supply chain efficiency.
- Conflict Resolution : Address procurement-related conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge Building : Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
Education :
Full-time Bachelors Degree (BE) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.Preference will be given to candidates with two or more years of site work experience or a background in supply chain management or related fields.Work Experience :
4 to 5 years of professional experience for candidates with BE Civil graduation .8 to 9 years of professional experience for candidates with a Diploma in Civil Engineering .Experience in a reputed company in India is mandatory.Language Proficiency :
Fluency in written and spoken English .Proficiency in the local language is required.Skills Required
