The Role

Zeno is seeking a Battery Technician / Intern to support the assembly, testing, and maintenance of lithium-ion battery packs for electric motorcycles. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in EV battery systems and learn from senior engineers in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct BMS firmware testing and process field data analysis.
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of battery modules and packs.
• Conduct basic electrical and mechanical testing of battery components.
• Support battery validation and testing activities, including charge / discharge cycles and thermal monitoring.
• Maintain accurate records of tests, measurements, and observations.
• Assist in troubleshooting field and lab battery issues under guidance.
• Follow safety protocols & best practices for handling high-voltage battery systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement improvements in battery handling and testing procedures.
• Support inventory and management of battery components and tools.
