We’re Hiring : Digital Marketing & Sales Manager – Mumbai

Location : Mumbai (Mandatory)

Are you a dynamic, tech-savvy, and results-driven professional ready to lead digital transformation for a global leader in the hygiene, healthcare, and infection-prevention space? We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive digital growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing :

Develop & execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage website, SEO / SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
Lead e-commerce growth through localized digital campaigns.
Create engaging content in coordination with global teams.
Track & report performance metrics including ROI, conversions, and engagement.

Sales & Business Development :

Identify and build new business opportunities across healthcare & hygiene markets.

Achieve sales & profitability targets through strong channel and platform partnerships.

Collaborate with Product Management & Sales to deliver customer excellence.

✅ MUST-HAVE Requirements

Currently residing in Mumbai

Experience strictly from Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Hygiene Solutions industries

8–12 years of experience in Digital Marketing + Sales

Strong command of digital tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO / SEM, Marketing Automation, etc.)

Proven track record of driving digital campaigns & achieving sales targets

Stable career history — candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered

Candidates from any other industry will NOT be considered.
