Tax Compliance Lead

Responsibilities

• Team Lead Direct Taxation
• Preparation of workings, maintaining records required for returns and filing Tax returns of all entities
• Assessments - Preparation of workings, drafting responses and providing the information sought during assessments
• Drafting and filing response to various notices / demands raised by department
• Handling tax audit - Data preparation and providing for form 3CD, providing clarifications to tax auditors. Co-ordination for filing of Form 3CD,
• TDS Compliance monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly
• Handling TP audit - Form 3CEB, wherever applicable
• GST TDS reconciliation with Indirect Tax Team & Reconciliation of 26AS with GL
