- Lead patient care services at the center.
- Optimize costs through budgetary control and ensure service coordination across teams.
- Address patient issues and escalations, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain dashboards and MIS for accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with sales for lead closure and conversion.
- Liaise with diagnostic centers and facilitate patient movement as needed.
- Oversee floor operations, update billing, and explain bills to families.
- Develop, implement, and document customer service protocols.
- Ensure efficient front-end services through recruitment, training, and assessments.
- Escalate issues to senior management for timely intervention.
- Implement customer feedback processes and collaborate with cross-functional heads.
- Establish performance metrics for staff and drive cost-cutting and profitability efforts.
