Locations : SP Infocity (Phursungi) | Viman Nagar | Magarpatta, Pune

Job Details

  • Process : International Voice & Chat (Customer Support)
  • Experience : Minimum 18 months of international BPO experience (voice / chat / email process)
  • Qualification : Graduate (any stream)
  • Shifts : UK & US shifts (rotational)
  • Week Offs : Rotational split offs
  • Joining : Immediate joiners preferred

Key Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
