Dynamics CRM Consultant (Technical / Functional)

Experience : 4 10 Years

Location : Gandhinagar Gujarat

About the Role :

We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals (Technical or Functional) who are passionate about delivering robust CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

For Technical Consultant :

• Design develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions using plugins workflows Power Automate JavaScript and C#.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems using Azure APIs or middleware.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS.
• Manage and maintain CRM environments deployments and version upgrades.
• Work closely with Functional Consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
