Vice President role focused on Retention, Cross-sell & Upsell in the Employee Health & Benefits domain, with experience engaging CXOs and understanding SaaS solutions :

Location Preference Bengaluru. Mumbai, Hyderabad or Delhi

Candidate Brief : VP – Retention, Cross-sell & Upsell

Experienced professional with 10 + years in corporate sales , specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.

Proven track record of

engaging with C-level executives (CXOs)

to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.

Deep understanding of

Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models

in a SaaS-enabled environment.

Skilled in developing and executing

sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities

to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.

Strong capability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.

Analytical and results-driven, with excellent communication and relationship management skills, able to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels.

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a commitment to on-site presence for team collaboration and client engagement.

Holds an

MBA degree from a prestigious institute , proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), and adept at using CRM and analytics platforms to drive business insights and personalized sales approaches.
