Transactional Lawyer

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Transactional Lawyer. This is a full-time remote position.

Experience required : 5+ years

Location : Remote

CTC : 12 - 15 LPA

Type of Employment : Full-time

Time : 5 : 30 pm-2 : 30 am (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

• Understand contract law, data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions (especially U.S. and international)
• Review and interpret software platform user terms of service - e.g., Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Addenda, AI Terms
• Map, compare, and analyse contractual terms across multiple agreements for consistency and compliance
• Draft and redline contracts, with a focus on identifying governing law, liability clauses, termination rights, and data usage terms
• Translate complex legal text into simple, actionable insights for business and non-legal users
• Risk assessment and mitigation, identifying deviations or non-standard clauses in templates
