Job description

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Senior Commercial Transaction Lawyer. This is a full-time remote position.

Experience required : 5+ years

Location : Remote

CTC : 15 - 20 LPA

Type of Employment : Full-time

Time : 5 : 30 pm-2 : 30 am (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate software, SaaS, and vendor contracts
Advise business teams on contract risks, IP, and data protection issues
Maintain and improve contract templates and playbooks
Support vendor onboarding and procurement processes
Collaborate with finance, IT, and compliance teams to close deals efficiently
Manage outside counsel or guide junior legal staff when needed

Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a specialization in commercial, corporate, business laws, or a related field from a recognized university

Proven 5+ Years of experience as a Commercial Transaction Lawyer

Strong negotiation and drafting skills with vendor / SaaS agreements

Solid understanding of IP, privacy, and data security in contracts

Clear communicator with strong business judgment

In-house experience at a tech or SaaS company preferred
