Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and business, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across teams.
• Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of SaaS products and features.
• Lead scrum teams in moderate to high complexity workstreams across Bangalore and Pune.
• Conduct Agile training sessions, workshops, and retrospectives to improve team maturity.
• Oversee adherence to Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize work, and improve sprint planning.
• Measure and improve Agile metrics (commitment accuracy, velocity, cycle time, lead time, sprint burndown).
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
• Drive data and metric-driven continuous improvement through influence and collaboration.
• Manage interdependencies between agile teams.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to support short and long-term release planning, maintaining a healthy work backlog.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate backlog activities across multiple product teams.
• Assist product owners, business analysts, and other team members in refining the backlog

and ensuring a steady stream of work for the team.
