About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong engineering background to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise with technical depth to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
• Partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Establish and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.
• Ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and trade-offs effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
