Description : Role Overview :
We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
The role involves working closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.
- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.
- Support ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and systems.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
Required Skills & Experience :
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.Experience in one or more modules : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, Asset Management.Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customisation.Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).Experience working in a client-facing or consulting role.Mandatory Skills :
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS).Experience with Service Portal or Workspaces.Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models.Experience in IT services or enterprise environments.Passport.(ref : hirist.tech)
