Role - Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex Revenue Cloud solutions across our organization. You will leverage your deep expertise in Revenue Cloud functionalities, including Billing, Subscriptions, Orders, Quotes, and Revenue Recognition, to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions, including custom objects, workflows, approvals, and integrations.
  • Configure and maintain CPQ and Revenue Cloud settings, including pricing rules, discount schedules, and subscription plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ and Revenue Cloud issues, including data quality problems, integration errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions, including user training, documentation, and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current on the latest CPQ and Revenue Cloud features and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new Revenue Cloud features and enhancements.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices and security standards.
  • Understanding & working in Agile work environments
  • Competent in building flows, batch jobs & other automations

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, including Billing, Subscriptions, Orders, Quotes, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement complex Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as NetSuite.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ and Revenue Cloud Consultant or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
