Executive responsibilities and duties :
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels and portals (e.g. social media and various Job portals)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Must have good knowledge about recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Apna, Hirect.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events and Campus Drive.
Requirements and skills :
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar roleFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesExperience with sourcing techniquesSolid verbal and written communication skillsSound judgementSkills Required
