Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Franchise Manager to lead and grow our franchise operations within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the franchise business model. This role is crucial to driving business expansion, building strong franchisee relationships, and ensuring operational success across our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified franchise partners to expand the brand’s footprint.
- Drive franchise sales in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and training) to ensure successful franchise launches and continued performance.
- Lead and manage a team to support franchise operations and development.
- Set and achieve sales and performance targets in line with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on franchise performance to senior management.
- Conduct periodic audits and performance evaluations of franchise outlets.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise sales within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of the franchise business model, including legal and financial aspects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet or exceed sales targets.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.Prior experience in launching and scaling multi-unit franchise operations.Existing network in the hospitality or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) space.
