Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps team and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our infrastructure, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of automation and cloud technologies, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and IT teams to support seamless and reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy :

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team.
Develop and execute the DevOps roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Define best practices and standards for automation, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and product teams to ensure efficient workflows and smooth releases.

DevOps & Infrastructure :

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Improve and manage CI / CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and highly available.

Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.

Implement and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Monitoring, Security & Compliance :

Develop monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system reliability.

Partner with security teams to implement DevSecOps best practices.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Conduct regular performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery exercises.

Collaboration & Communication :

Serve as a key technical advisor and provide guidance on DevOps processes.

Communicate risks, progress, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Drive continuous improvement across development and operations workflows.

Qualifications Required :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

7-10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.

2-4+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Strong understanding of automation tools and IaC frameworks.

Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell, etc.).

Experience implementing monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred :

Experience in microservices architecture.

Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.

Experience working in a large-scale, fast-paced technology environment.
