Position : IT System Administrator

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 0-2 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Manage and monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose hardware and software failures, and provide effective solutions.
• Implement security policies, updates, patches, and firewalls to safeguard IT systems.
• Administer Active Directory, group policies, and user accounts.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection activities.
• Support cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Manage IT assets, including software licenses, hardware inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems and networking protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with security tools, antivirus, and data protection strategies.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
• Understanding of database management (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
