Team Lead - Talent Acquisition

As the Team Lead for Internal Hiring (Bulk & BPO Hiring), you will oversee and drive high volume recruitment activities within Tech Mahindra. You will lead a team of recruiters, co-ordinate with operations, ensure hiring targets are met and build efficient processes to ensure robust talent pipelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of internal recruiters for bulk hiring and BPO verticals.
• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitement for high-volume hiring.
• Build and maintain a tight timeline for bulk hiring roles (BPO, Back-office, operations, support roles) through diverse channels.
• Ensure timely closer of roles and achieving targets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business units and internal HR Teams.
• Ability to work under pressure.
